Narcissistic individuals with a heartless nature perform not appreciate the feelings or needs of others. Their focus lies on their own wants above all else, exhibiting a complete lack of compassion. These selfish people are do not understand the importance of generosity and unselfish acts towards their fellow beings. The only focus lies on satisfying their own requirements, never realizing the hurt they cause to others. In essence, such individuals perpetuate a society devoid of empathy as well as kindness.
